BTW doing my first 'official' 10k on sunday and hoping to go sub 60 so keep your fingers crossed for me.
I think its really good to do exercise while watching tv - keep trying to persuade my mum who's dieted erer since i was born to that with her exercise bike when she watches Emmerdale and corrie
seems a bit pointless to try and change behavior without looking at some of the triggers

I have a fitness room - with
weights ab board gum ball aerobic rider and lots of junk so i cant get in there
would bring things downstairds but Housemate objects - her house!
used to work out up there a lot when I was very fit - perhaps I shoould tidy it out!
Theres arunning shop nearby so Im going to go and mooch - credit card is shaking - what the hell!
oh and a Starbucks for begfore the match
