Sunday 2nd May at 9am meeting at the Roehampton gate near the yellow box
Some of us trained for the marathon in the park, but we've opened it up to try and get some more people to come running with us, usually aim for it to be slow long distance - about 9min miles although there are always people happy to go slower!!
Whether these are weekly, monthly or whether they disappear off never to be seen again is to be decided or perhaps discovered?

Lovely run this morning (feels like Summer!) and a great day for eating the remaining BBQ food, playing croquet and for a water fight this afternoon :-)
I went back to the park with my inline skates and a kite. Surprising I did get to fly it and I also realised I've got to go back to skate school.
Holly still trying to send you the pictures. There were all sorts of funny images on my phone. Hmmm! Pictures of things I couldn't make out. What the hell were you doing? .... and there was also a video. We were SOOOOOO LOUD on the train home!
I may join you down at the park in a couple of weeks as will be trying to bash out a 22miler and could do with some company.
Can you pencil me in for 19th. (id be 9.5 min miling I guess).
