Whoops, hit submit by accident, carrying on... Bout of the flu all weekend, so no long run or cycle, mainly laid up on the couch drinking chicken soup and eating oranges under a thick duvet. Actually quite nice - I should get sick more often.
Duh! it's ok my other half put rice wine vinegar in his coffee yesterday instead of vanilla syrup! he noticed when it curdled... And I put salt on my cornflakes two weeks ago without realising Yuuuuuch!!!
I only cook patatoes with salt and only put salt on my chips.
But sometimes I need to eat salty things. I'm one of those strange people who have a low blood pressure. So sometimes I just need to eat some crackers or salty things, because my blood pressure dropped to low. I'm then nearly fainting.
well I have chips once a week. This is already a compromise, because my bf could eat them everyday (he is one of those lucky people that eat what they want and don't get any heavier).
I try to cook as healty as possiple the other days, because I get fast easily.
I guessed, but I like fast - it works better. I used to be one of those people, but then one day I wasn't anymore, and didn't notice for a couple of years.
I must be lucky that I know it at such a young age. I guess the getting fat bit starting when I went to university. The student eating place isn't the best place to eat. Oh and coming from a place where you don't have any fast food ever, to eat whatever you want, doesn't help staying slim.
But again luckily, somehow I lost those extra parts. So now I make sure I stay the same weight.
not even plodding, but I've not lost a pound because of this. But I lost some inches
I know how it feels to be injured. I'm at that stage too. Some stupid bloody muscle decided to cramp and thus crush a nerve. Don't have any pain any more and started to do exercises at the physio yesterday. I hoped to plod tomorrow, but I guess the physio made a little mistake, because leg hurts again.
This one's a bit wierd - feels like I've pulled my diaphragm or summat. This shortly following the tail end of a viral infection and a knackered knee ligament. Unfortunately I love food and eating it, so unless I do a decent amount of exercise per day I usually end up eating more than I burn off.
I'm not a that big fan of fast food, but I love to cook and love a good meal.
Luckily if I cook myself I try to use low fat foods (so no full cream, but light cream). I also try to make some fresh soup every week. But I still do a decent amount of exercise every day. I bike to classes and back to have food. I walk to the cinema or to go and have fast food. So at least I burn some of the calories, before I eat them. Seems that I just get the amount of exercise I need to not get any fatter.
Yep I finally caught the lurgy. Lost my voice & everything (people keep commenting on how quiet it is in my office!!!) So no run last night and the way I feel, not for the foreseable future.... life sucks!
I fully accept that suggestion and will endevour to put it into practice by the end of the day (whilst eating lots of sweets and choccies, for medicinal purposes only of course)

Fantastic run yesterday, although a bit wet.

I'll make sure I put salt in my chips tonight and not any sugar.
