The Liverpool hospitality was great this weekend. Lovely to meet Cath (especially), Fat Face and of course Holgs (Nicko is gonna get a big slap ...)

I have to say massive thanks to my pacer and nurse Womble and to our support crew, Nicko (he's till gonna get a big slap ...)

Did a pb and beat our 2:10 target so ;0)

Can't forget a round of applause for Cath. I hope you're admitting that you did a great time and wearing that medal with pride.

well, my target was under 2hrs and I got.....[fanfare]....1:59:58! Woohooo!!!!! New PB as well!

Still can't walk properly today though. Fiancee has asked for 2 xmas presents: a bungalow, so we don't have to climb stairs after races; and a small monkey to dry between her toes, so she doesn't have to bend down and do it herself after races! She knocked 25 mins off her PB!

I don't really care- you can have the point with my blessing nrk. Shame about missing out on top 100 but well chuffed with 8th in my age bracket (thats very young looking and lively!)
