Life is hectic, I don't get 'reminders' from RW like I used to ., so I've got out of the habit of looking here & posting. Sorry folks! I was going to put the sad face here but I refuse to acknowledge THAT thing until 1 December.
Ploddingwhen I can with TT but its not been easy (so it must be worth it/doing me good).
I just find it a hassle to get on here. And I don't have much to report. I did plod today though.

It's scary in the fast lane Eagle. You stay where you are. Much safer.
I like fast & challenging some of the time, and soft, cuddly & safe at others. The internal 'control' lever has been in position far too much lately, I'm due some fun, let it hang out.
...and someone is going to get the benefit of a damn good laugh at my expense when I make a fool of myself!

Limper nice to see you back. I have missed you . The toes were fine. A bit stiff and teeny bit painful but nothing drastic. Back at Fat Club to shed the weight gained while imobile. 3.5lbs off in first week.
Evening. Can you believe Christmas is rushing ever nearer. Grandchildren and great grandchildren to buy for. Its time to tell my kids they are too old for Santa to visit them.

Not doing much really Speedy. Housework. Horse work. Bit of baking. Trying to keep warm. That's my weekend summed up!
What do you mean, 'too old for Santa'??? Surely if I'm a good girl Santa will visit, regardless of how old I am? I'm actually getting towards the age when the Tooth Fairy will start visiting again as well!!
I don't think that my chances of getting Mrs E to visit me dressed in a Santa outfit are good.....
I did a run with TT last evening, 9.5 miles. Some laughs along the way. Hoping to plod to the gym for a session there before stretch class tomorrow. still no body pump shoulder not good.
It can still lift a pint though.
good run with RE yesterday, ran a further 8.5 this morning.
company was lacking today.
Santa may visit Limper if you are really really really really really really really good.
I did 6 miles this morning on my way to stretch class.

Once again I have been a complete non-runner this weekend. Oh well. I could always declare myself to be a weight-lifter instead... looking after horses at this time of year is a real sweat-breaker!

Been a tad lazy this weekend. 30 mins on exercise bike and a 3 mile dog walk was all I achieved. Grandson watching today.

Is baking also a good workout? I have made three stonkingly good cakes this evening. That's a lot of standing around and beating mixture and sweating in front of the oven.
