Thursday Session - 5 December
What: had planned to do club hill session... but it didn't happen as still tired after yesterday
Last hard: yesterday - 6 miles steady turned into 9 miles hard as I tried to keep up with faster club members
Last rest: Tues
Pyramid session - it's great - 1mile warm up - 2 mins fast 2 mins jog 3 mins fast 3 mins jog etc on a 2-3-4-5-4-3-2 basis - 23 mins speedwork without pressure of hitting times like on lap intervals. Long warmdown - 10 miles in the log.
