I'm not joining until I come back on the 3rd as it wouldn't do at all not to be playing properly with my friends when I'm away .... not that they'd mind .... but I would! I will also be stepping off for one night in mid-Jan for Mrs Pink's birthday. Can't have her scoffing a whole bottle of fizz on her own.
<pours beer for Loon>
I also had to 'treat' myself to a new iron today as my old one lost its cool once too often and it was only a matter of time before I burnt a favourite item .... got it in the sale though
Mrs Pink is paying for some work I'm having done on my house so that's my main present. Got some lovely smellies, dvd's and stuff. We're not big Christmassy people and most of my friends have an agreement not to buy each other stuff but to have a splurge on ourselves in the sales .... which I have been doing
we're pretty much the same TP, I splurge on the two boys, who were great, such fun got a little scooter for the youngest and he was other the moon and apparently using it all the time. eldest got a wii and a DS. that wii is such fun !!!!
seeing parents when they are better and I know they have pressies for me so that's nice, something to look forward to, feel sad that they have missed out.
Lots of people seem to have been ill this year. I think it's that everyone is so busy that when they stop for a break all the lurgies set upon them and they're too knackered to fight back.
Wii is great fun but I wouldn't want one as I don't really have the attention span for computer games and stuff. I think it's a boy thing.
Evening everyone! Left the house of Mr and Mrs P this morning then been for mountain bike ride on forest of dean - only fell of once but got big bruise!! Now home tired and going to eat some cold meat for a change!!! Nice to be back in the peace and quiet of my oen flat although Christmas was lovely!
Think I too will be on the wagon in January but may haave to have a glass of red now to go with dinner!
Hello pub folk. I've signed up to the Wagon thread myself, trying to get into my FLM thing with a body of 99% lard. May have to wait till after my birthday though... and in the meantime, a nice South African PG is my tipple of choice tonight. Telly working TP?
Yes TP am loving being back here - it is so nice and relaxing! Christmas was good but coming home is great! Have taken the wise advice and opened a bottle of red. WHen will this spell of CHristmas drinking end.....................................

Evening Geves & GFC
Top Gear can be a bit samey at times but their road trips are always good fun.
I think I'm about 110% lard at the moment. All my clothes are horribly tight and I fear an Incredible Hulk moment quite soon
