Min - there was nothing at all lightweight about TBW bike! There's no way it was 23 miles though for crashie's 2:58  - that would put him well on for sub 3:30 for the full marathon. He's an hamster not a crab

Well you are on the right forum, and a big pirate coningent will be in Zurich next year for the Ironman, it's a great first race and you will have endless support, look in the 2009 training thread and someone will get you up to speed!!!

I'm counting TBW - we did the course in front of us - not our fault it may have been a tad short. Its only a bit of fun anyway - I CBA working out my score - I'm probably still on minus anyway.
