having read the comments from forumites in the past, there will be a water station just after the start of the second lap for all the 10km runners.
We are hoping for another record entry this year and note that as the race is a week before the London Marathon, certain athletes might want a race as a speed session prior to London.
As usual there is a T-shirt for the 10km runners (yellow this year) and an Chocolate Easter Bunny for the 5km fun runners.

The marshalls do a great job as it can't be an easy one for them. Enjoyed myself and as suspected didn't break 40:00, but 40:38 will do very nicely thank you.
I was looking enviously at the 5K finishers with their chocolate bunnies...
How did everyone esle do came in at 40.04 knocked 2 minutes of by PB. Enjoyed the course and thanks two the marshalls for doing a good job.
did the 10k runners not get any choclit?
