I like hills too *decides not to admit she hasn't run more than 2 miles for longer than she can remember. It's not much further than that anyway, is it? *
erm dunno there is an app for mapmyrun If you have a Garmin I may ....may....be able to post the GPX file for the garmin on our website and you may....may.....be able to download that on to your Garmin and maybe.....maybe.........your phone. i shall looksie further and get back to you
Ok I have set up a new account and will go live and public with it on Mapmyrun next week you should be able to download the routes straight onto a phone I will also make it available to log in on the Ordnance Survey map service I think is better
Mapping of the provisional marathon route is done. Big thanks to Phil at http://rp-printers.co.uk/ for his help. The downloadable copy will be on the website by the end of the week. We will have a GPX file or similar on the site beginning of next week that you can load to your phone or GPS. There will be a version on Fetcheveryone and mapmyrun. There will also be a course profile...you may not want to look at that too closely....think about the lovely views We will post links when we have them. We are now working on the 10k route. Which is 99% there, we just have to take out the suicidal downhill bit....somehow!

Mapmyrun has an option to export routes as GPX or KML files. There's also a button to export to phone. Don't have a phone so never used that function.
The thing I would advise about map is that their elevation data is way out.
Thank you
It's 7 hours I think
Dont worry about crashing in... all are welcome
AT you are welcome
Em is right 7 hours but we wont leave you out there. Its not a hard and fast rule. You can run walk the whole route in that time
No
Thats what I like to hear ... totally misplaced confidence in my ability !!
