4.05 miles before the race tomorrow. 24.30. This is including crossing two big busy roads. And a session yesterday of half mile warm up and 3.5 miles tempo in 19.16

Really must dig my trainers out of their mothballs and start pounding the streets again but the weather has been so awful that I keep putting it off. When we have had an odd nice day I've always been too busy

I will be in Brighton in the summer, so I will kick your arse. Maybe we could borrow Bones and drake him for a walk on the Downs
No good borrowing Bones, all he wants is a nice slow stroll. Benson's the one for running with. He loves it, but you have to get the sniffing out of his system first. Being of the hound variety he LOVES to sniff. Worse than any other dog I've known
Andre will love Benson as his Carer has one
Mr L doesn't love him at the moment. Benson stole his sandwich out of his desk drawer today. That'll teach him not to leave his drawer open when Benson's about LOL

did 3k at woodford in the Southern league. I won quite easily and was in the lead from lap 2 so it was a solo run.
