back is in spasm at the moment so I went physio this morning, it has been so painful, a bit easier at the moment though. So no running going on, I did a really good half on Sunday though, had a great run. Where that came from I don't know! Back paid for it though!

Not bad thanks Vixx. Still not road running yet but getting a bit of time on the treadmill. Not losing any weight at the moment bit I am losing size so I must be doing something right.
Slowly. There's a good possibility that I may not be able to run again. I've got bone on bone in parts of it now. I'll keep strengthening it up and see how things go.
Strengthening it up will give you the best chance of a good knee recovery anyway, so keep plugging at it. If necessary, you'll have to do stuff on a bike

Not bad Vixx, just that work thing getting in the way of having any fun. Just be careful and don't try to do too much too soon. Easier said than done.

Quality Street are approximately 50cal/sweet, so think before you eat! You'll have to run 1 mile for 2 sweets!
