@StephA Hope the foot is nothing serious and clears up in the next few days. Hopefully it's just a minor strain or something
I had a similar panic last week. Went out for a easy run couple of days after my 21 miler and after about 5 miles my right calf started complaining and then got progressively more uncomfortable and then painful. I was worried I had pulled a muscle. Turned round for home and slowed right down. Went and saw my physio the next day and thankfully was just a mild strain. Few days of rest and taping sorted it out and now all is ok again. Hopefully something similar for you
Hi all - quick question on race numbers. I can't find anything on email but would the number shown on the Time To page on the digital bib be my confirmed number? Thanks!

Yes, that's right. They did change some bib numbers a few weeks ago for some reason but the number on the timeto registration page is correct.
Apparently the convocation gets sent to by email a couple of weeks prior to the race, which I am thinking is now. I believe we have to take it to registration with us. I don’t think it is much different from the email we received when we signed up with our details and code etc. I am totally new to all of this so could be right off track
@Carol4 This page has the instructions and I think what you are referring to is the "confirmation of inscription with the QR code (received by email)" under point 2. I haven't had one yet either. Hopefully it won't be long! b
I was under the impression there was a separate email that would be sent out prior to the marathon which you had to take along to the expo but if you login to your timeto account and go to the my events there is a "registration and QR code" button which gives you a new page with a QR code on etc but not sure if this is what they are referring to that you have to bring along.
I thought it was just the QR code and the med certificate. I will print off everything else I have, but if you have a valid entry, Med certificate and ID, I do t think you will have a problem collecting your race pack!
They are sending emails out but they often these go into spam or promotional folders in my email account so I don’t notice them at first, so it is worth checking those other folders for emails over the next 12 days!
To collect you bib at the expo you'll need the medical certificate and convocation. The convocation normally becomes available around this time. It's worth keeping an eye on your profile on the website you registered for the marathon as it'll become available to download there once available.
@StephA - fingers crossed for you it’s nothing serious. Still got a couple of weeks to rest if you have slighty annoyed it in some way, though I know that’s probably not much comfort right now. My leg and hip have been a bit twingey today (sites of old injuries) and it has reminded me of just how anxious the couple of weeks before makes me!
In terms of goals, I’ve had to adjust mine after taking a good few weeks out. A = sub 4, B = a PB (under 4:09), C = finish. Feeling like it’s probably a C race now...
Also have forgot to update my bib number, it’s now 37634
Anything under 4hrs is a bonus.I ran the Alloa half marathon on Sunday in 1hr 51.The last 2 miles were sub 8mins.Where did that come from.Did anybody else sign up for the Asics pace your race and I also read somewhere that you can be followed through the race on facebook via Tag huer.

What's a convocation?
> Thanks @clairejones - I had no idea about this at all. 🤷🏼♀️
Me neither, just stumbled across it by accident!!

the website for this is so unclear about what you need to bring to the expo. Ie there is no section confirming this info.
