Hi everyone, I’m new here. Recently started running again (every year I seem to get into running for 3 months, then life gets in the way ☹️). I’m hoping to keep it up this time to counteract the weight that is creeping on. Just trying to up my post count so I can ask a question about strength training.
I like to have some Soreen (fruit malt loaf) with a bit of banana and peanut butter for my breakfast, usually gives me that spurt of energy and is quite tasty!

I am also new. Done a couple of 10k's at the end of last year but haven't really done too much this year due to one or two issues.
Have signed up for a half marathon in mid May so need to get my finger out. Any tips?
