Morning, no circuits last night, this tapering business is fun. Playing 5-a-side tonight with running club mates. Will try and stay in goal as last time I got terrible blisters which took weeks to heal. Probably get forced to play a bit though (they're not really footballers). And I'll do a few easy miles tomorrow. And I'll try and remember to do some stretching.
Bought 8 bottles of Lucozade sport last night and plenty of bananas. Rest I will buy from garage Sunday morning. Just need to make sure all my kit is washed and ready now.
