I'll not say what I ate last night because I think there's something rather pathetic in whining on about what you've eaten that's "naughty" - I'm an adult, I chose to put it in my mouth (stoppit), I knew what I was doing.

anyway - new day today and I'm doing a new class at lunchtime called "body attack" :-o
i dont follow any type of eating plan... i know myself too well and that i feel denied and i eat an entire block of cheese... and a carton of boiled eggs... with mayonnaise... and a tray of flap jack!
therefore i think i'll concentrate on my running and if i decide to make changes to the diet later then i'll give it a go.
isnt the GI diet hard? is it anything like atkins? are the products hard to find or is it just lots of fresh foods?
oh and it's hard cos it is all fresh foods all cooked from scratch - which is of course a Good Thing but given I have a Thin Spouse who is never here and two kids and a job ... come 8pm it turns into the cheese and onion crisps and glass of wine while I'm on the phone to a mate eating plan

ah, yes, actually yeo, Boss's Boss gave me ugly spreadsheet to w*rk on by 5pm for a meeting, so I have JUST finished it and am ready 15 mins early for 5pm meeting.

if anyone from yesterday's massage crew wants to vitually massage it while I'm in my meeting, go right ahead!
need to go for a plod, but don't feel like it. Stomach feels not that well, got sore muscles everywhere (expecially in my arms, because of lifting lots of cases with even more books in them)
Need to take a shower, put the trash out, make soup, go to hairdresser, buy a present for bf (he got me the sims 2), need to practice my spanish from last year and I need to find time to eat somewhere in between.
just watch out for the second day (most people who did it in 8 days, found that the most hard day). In the beginning my feet needed rest after walking about 10k. In the end I could walk 20k with a 5 min lunch break (not that the rain gave me an other choice).
I think I will plod tomorrow, then I only have something to do at night.
Back to the surgery today for blood tests - must remember to take my book for the queue.
I can sympathise with the healthy eating problem flr. I'm making better meals now than I ever did when I was working but fitting in the cooking between everything else is difficult.
well I'VE been ready for this meeting last 25 minutes, we're now 10 minutes late and I'm still sitting here, still ready. dog only knows what time I'll actually finish today :-(

What's your better eating regime? A diet or just eating more healthy stuff?

I sometimes have success by just eating less processed carbs &c, and as a veggie I am quite bad about eating protein that isn't cheese

oh, poor you, that sounds like you have far too much on to justify a plod. really, if you don't feel like it, don't.
