No eye patch for ages thanks Fi, but still droppering, and I thought it had all gone wrong again this morning but it was only dry eyes. I seem to have a bit of a problem with it :-(
That, sad to say, means you were being born just as I was bopping around at my 18th birthday party. You now have no excuse for not running 'much' faster than me, being (thinner as well as) younger :-)
Sounds good BBB- share it with the group!! Helen, age has nowt to do with it , my training mate is 10 years older than me and he kicks my ar@e all over ( but he has been running nearly 25 yrs longer thanme)
Well I'm thinking of running in the morning...wich is silly in itself as my legs do not normally wake up till 2 hours after the rest of me. But I am thinking of running to the gym (4 miles) doing an hours session and then running home. Before going to work for what looks like an 11 hour day......
We will see, I bet I go in the car, but its my only chance of a run really.

Now there's an image to conjure with ;-)

(BBB is just happy cause he feels youngish...for once)
How strange that is Filbert
Sleep soundly Benz
I went back to look at the incident spot the other day - the tree is right across the pavement, I'd have ahd to run in the road to avoid it.
