I did have my thorlos on but the band thing felt more comfortable on the skin - well at the beginning anyway. But you need to have some war wounds to show off! im well chuffed with myself - I thought I would browse the Windsor site and check out my old results 1999 First ever half 2.17.52 2000 2.13.39 missed 2001 good holiday opportunity in LA and 2002 1.58.41 - all my training has paid off. well done Me xx
I am really hoping to run a 4.15 london next year, trouble is most of my long runs are done with clients at 10-11 minute miles. i ran Windsor at 9 minute miles and my quads still haven't forgiven me. Guess im gonna have to make them go faster LTxx
