Thanks Hippo. I've been so pleased today and the lads in the office kept giving me funny looks but I couldn't exactly tell them why as they'd have laughed for the rest of the week!
My doc said this week I've only gained 4 kilos in the last 4 years - my answer to that is, I weighed too many when she first weighed me! And if I live another 20 years, a kilo a year is a very significant weight gain!
I've been on my run/walk/lurch so now its time for breakast. fbf bacon butties tea with 2 sugars and a danish pastry are on the way. Hope the salad was good.
I'm a latecomer to this one. BMI of 32.5 but that's down from 43 18 months ago so I'm doing OK.
I'm still a porker but nothing gives me more pleasure than watching thin people try to keep up with me. Bodybuilders at the gym are the best. They get on the treadmill next to me, and sneer at the lardarse sweating along at 9km/h while they set off on their 2 minute 11 km/h power run. Then I do my 10th set of Yassos at 13km/h and they slink off to flex their biceps in the mirror, broken and defeated.
Ha ! Fat and fast - long may it continue. I still can't do sit-ups though.
That was close, nearly missed my flight last night messing about on the forum. Check your BMI here, amongst others. My BMI is, well you know that already but last year it was 28.1.
Dr Cathy - the tea's gone cold - any chance of a fresh cuppa and some croissants?? Salad was good if a little light on carbs and fat. God - mrs fbf is even talking about more saalds at the weekend so will have to sneak a few packets of nuts and crisps into the shopping. and beer. maybe a packet of lard as well.
welcome to all the new porkers who've signed up.
RLD - don't fret about situps. they are for skinny people. impressive BMI as well. ex-prop by any chance?
