almost! went for first run on Thursday and it was OK - flared up a very tiny bit later so if I take it easy I'm sure it will be fine.
one visit to podiatrist and 5 minutes with the physio - amazing! - thing is I would have had to wait 3 months for that under normal circumstances which can't be right
My new shoes cost £55 which I think is great. They are the best pair I have ever owned and hopefully will be comfortable. At that price I can afford to use them for cycling and get another pair if they are not good.
I also bought a pair of New Balance walking shoes and used them straight away when I took the dogs out - they are brill!
Al I've got 730's and I love them but if I ever get to push my mileage back up I'll need to be looking at a slightly more cushioned shoe ( I'm tipping the scales at 13 stone ) Still stick with NB's though
