It's almost the weekend!
Still debating whether to run BPTT or just get out there and cycle... may try to do both... especially as it's the last forecast day of warmth and sunshine for a little while...

funkin - nope - swimming is Friday and Sunday evenings... Saturday is run and bike (unless its really wet in which case I'll just run...)
I might join Saturday swim club when you start the open water sessions though :-)
