LT cycling was about 145 (tested at 147 a year and a half ago)... i reckon its at least 150 now as i've been criss crossing 145 - 155 a lot
not sure what max HR is (i dont go for 220 - age), but i'm 35 and i can get to 192 sometimes without feeling ill (although when this happens i slow down)
Thanks all. Benz...think the breezers are part of the problem. That plus 5am to bed and a tip of a house after cleaning all week...but hey ho tomorrows another day...........
