I did this a few years back, and had been thinking doing it again but if you ladies will be there i certainly will be need another 10km to do as southend was terrible (due to weather)
So, fellow Essex girls, how many of you got sent the youtube clip of the stiletto sprint with a note along the lines of 'i heard you like running, is this how you do it......'?
I did this last year and loved it - nice course, perfect size field, friendly local atmos (and we were lucky enough to have great weather).
I'm a Billericay boy, born and raised (now living in London) and after last year had planned to make this an annual event, but unfortunately I won't be able to make it this time round. Booked tickets for a gig the night before which will inevitably be a big night with the ensuing hangover. Shame, shame.
Pammie - I have my number and I am on the list. Btw can you email me your mobile no. as the number I have is not working. I have managed to erase one number of your mobile number.
Kaz - You are going to enjoy yourself. I must get Roobs to enter.
Pammie, a two hour journey back to Billericay to run a 10k with a stinking hangover is definitely not on the cards! Much as I love the race.
Anyway, I've now signed up for the Serpentine 5k on the Friday and the Brighton 10k two weeks later so I think I'm covered for races in the next month or so.

Hi, did this last year and really enjoyed it. Entered again this year and hoping for another pb!
It's not Beachy I'm worried about!!
Well there will be some walking. She did 6 miles in 1hr 10min last week. I will take her out the week before Beachy Head for a 6 mile run.
Won't see Pammie for dust!!
Awww Schucks
I had to post

Tracey, we're going to have to have words soon. You keep getting me in strife.
From that you can take it that I may well have posted a certain entry form off this morning. What the heck am I doing to my poor ageing joints?!?!
