Hi there Han, Sorry about your adductor. You must be right chilled at the moment.
I have a very moderately strained left knee but am not off running. I am however moderately annoyed that the council are going to 'divert' (pronounce 'delete') a footpath I use regularly. Have just written a letter of objection.
Ahhh, see, here it is the other way around... the council are at last (after about 8 years since the bridge was washed away) going to re-instate a footbridge over the river Monnow, which hugely increases my possible off road running routes
I'm slightly cross that I was woken at 4.30am this morning by a very drunk idiot ringing my doorbell and insisting he lived here. A little bit more narked that when we phoned the police they suggested we go down to ask him to leave...as if we'd not been telling him to do that from the safety of the lounge window (first floor flat) Even crosser that it took the police over half an hour to drive past after he started trying to break the door down, by which time he'd left.
But I've just had 2 weeks off work so I'm not comlaining really
Moderately annoyed at the twerps who thought it was funny to quirt me and Rio with water when were 2 miles from home after a 66 mile bike ride and close to death. They missed me but got Rio right in the eye. Glad it was only water but in traffic that's just effing stupid.
I also had a similar, but more serious moderately annoyed moment a few weeks ago, when a car full of twerps was deliberately forcing me into cerb, and purposely driving so close that the passenger was trying to touch me. That was quite dangerous really and pished me off so much that I called the police when I got home. People either don't realise how vulnerable cyclists are, or I guess these guys just think it;s funny.
There are some idiots around - and worse than that, some dangerous idiots. They have a very strange sense of humour if they find that kind of behaviour funny.
I can't wait till the Slog - my favourite, favourite race
Gggrrrr @ the combination of brand new sewing machine I'm not very familiar with and quilt made with batik fabric which is a b*gger to sew. 8 hours and less than half of it done.
I am more than moderately annoyed that I twisted my ankle badly on Saturday... I am in the best running form of my life, and now I have to wait until it is stable again before I can run/race again
I am even more than moderately annoyed at the fact that OMM got cancelled on the first day
And on top of that I am fuming with the weird media attention the event got!!! Totally wrong, completely out of proportion!

Hiya ST Great stuff on the holiday.
Kwilter, I share your pain. That sounds typical Police to me.
Anyone fancy a brew ?
I can't believe no one has been not even slightly peeved for over two months!
Some mistake, surely?
ermmm.... >thinks<

I think moderate annoyance is more than justified by that!
Good cycling, well done you two
Thank you ST.

Ah, you'll love it! Just the best fun you can have with your clothes on
The first plunge into the mud is the best
Well I am so annoyed about a wide range of issues .... I think I'll just have to put the kettle on.
I'm not annoyed at the moment, having run-walked Beachy yesterday. It has to be my joint favourite race with the Slog.
Roll on November 9th.
Well done SVT
Is "roll" on November 9th your plan for the Slog?
Well done SVT !
I am moderately annoyed that I did not try hard enough in the last mile of the Tour of Torfaen half mara today leaving my arch rival to steal a win
Must. Try. Harder.
If you'd like, I'll let you beat me at the Slog to make up for it.

I need a vat of chocomilk!
Hot, steaming chocomilk on the way.
Were you racing when it happened?
(You should really do Beachy next year - it's wonderful)
Did you do the OMM Han ? Looked like super fun this year
Well I am moderately annoyed that the heating was not on in the gym this morning. Far too cold to do weights Brrrrrrr !
