True story: One of our university departments recently asked for a quote for some refurbishment. The quote that came was just over £32,000. The department politely expressed their disbelief that such simple work would cost that much, at which point the quote was drastically reduced, down to just over £3,000. Minor loss this week which is disapointing, although I've definately started putting muscle back on my legs now I'm starting to cycle more. Feeling rough today, sore throat, tired and been really stressed, but not resorting to 'comfort' food.
That's cumulative, only 1lb this week. (In the spirit of full disclosure then whilst the current weight is correct and validated by independant checkers) then the actual loss and starting point may actually have been a few pounds higher than that The 253lb is however pre-poo and not dehydrated straight after exercise.

Well I managed to run today for the first time since May last year. Only 5 sets of 2 minute 10kph intervals, but no pain and seemed pretty easy going, so the recent cycling and stepper must have given me some fitness. So all in all, I'm hopeful that my weight will also start to drop a bit more rapidly as I get back into normal life.
I've started training this week after 4/5 months off.......so hopefully that will help the weight loss. I'm walking my run sessions and been out oncee on the bike but starting slowly.........as it builds up over the next few weeks I'm hoping it will help me to kep on losing the weight.
your weight is bound to come down as the exercise increases.
212.8 this morning. so only one measly pound lost this week. but i guess i ahve slacked a little bit. and at least the weight is coming off. but at 1 pound a week there's no way i'll be at race weight by july! still, half a stone lost now in 3 weeks so that's good. wish i'd not done that big push in december to put on another stone now.

I am trying to offset that with some turbo sessions but I am way short of where I should be...I think IMCH is going to be painful....
