Oh dear the lists seem to be getting longer
A friend has offered her Marathon place, but I only want to do the Half
The race site is clear that you can't upgrade transfer Half to Full - can you downgrade transfer Full to Half?
We'd like to offer these for the price we paid (we'll pay each of the two £4 transfer fees to the organisers) to whoever sits at the top of the marathon and half marathon waiting lists. Looking at the above, this looks like Paul Ogden and Mark Batty. But, checking back on this thread I'm not sure the lists are accurate? Has Paul already been offered an entry? Can people advise? Once we know who's next in line for each entry, happy to arrange transfers outside of this thread. Organising transfers looks straightforward: we'll complete our bit of the transfer request form [http://www.shakespearemarathon.org.uk/Forms/TransferRequest2010.pdf] then send with a £4 cheque to the new entrant, to fill their bit in and send off to the organisers. The new entrants send their cheques directly to us. Is that right?

I'm not sure what's going on further up the list. But my boyfriend Mark Nicholson is no. 9 on the full marathon list (markajnicholson@aol.com) and he is definitely still looking for a place if no one further up gets back to you.
