LOL
Actually, I'm quite glad of this thread, because, until I'd read it, I'd convinced myself I had an hours LESS sleep on Sunday........I am now a very happy Saffy
What about Ravens ? they are similar but different.
Farmer near me has sooo many lights on his 50mph-goanywhere-doanything-tractor that he can work anytime day or night, as long as he's awake, and has a lot of diesel.
< thinks of my favorite Quote from Ray Mears " there's no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing". I could twist that into " there's no such thing as darkness, just light pollution" ....... Or, "if it's dark, put the lights on " simples >
For the city dwellers/Townies out there who've never been in total darkness..... what you think is dark.... isn't. Proper, real, DARK is found in 2 places - down a mine ( with lights out ) and in the middle of nowhere, at night ie the countryside, many miles from any light source. ( the mine is darkest, but too scary for a claustrophobe like me to endure for long. - shivvvvvvers thinking of it - )
If you can run in it, it ain't dark... if you can walk in it, it aint dark..... if you can't see the end of you nose, with your eyes open, it's almost dark. Real, 100% darkness is really, really, odd. no light, no sense of direction, just black. ( you try it when underground, already shaking with your fear of confined spaces, and then shut the lights off. ha bloomin ha. -and no, it doesn't help, not seeing where the walls have gone.... kind of raises the level of fear quite effectively. )
I like the hour change, makes life a bit more interesting, gives the cat another hour of hunting..... Now who mentioned cats earlier ???

Karen.. do you live alone and have lots of cats....?
Only one step up from lots of stupid ornaments of birds...
Sorry I misunderstood
I thought the thread meant that all the topics put on this forum by Karen Samuels were a waste of time.
Vote for Goofy time an extra 2 hours during the summer and every other Friday off in the winter if your name isn't Karen Samuels.
I vote for Goofy time
Albert, I have bird ornaments
Its not too late... you can still be saved...........
And What's wrong with Crows ?
