Morning and well done Kazz - I was wondering (having being rejected from this group *huffs*) if the mentor will post the schedule that you'll be following - it would be nice if we could follow along - just a thought...
I can't remember - which marathon are you doing Kazz?
I put Brighton as my target race though, as T says, I had plenty to choose from in April!
I have issues with finding a training plan that fits really. The Brighton 'beginner' (ie around 5hrs) plan is a bit easy tbh but the intermediate (4.30) plan is possibly a bit too much at the mo. I've been having a look at the RW garmin ready 5 hour plan which looks quite good - only prob is that I have a 310 and that's not listed as a compatible garmin so would have to just use it as an ordinary paper plan. Unless XB has any other ideas of course!!

Hello, UK.
I was telling one of the kids what we were doing and she said "oh you mean like Cheryl Cole and Rebecca Ferguson". Not the image I had in mind.
I think I'm going to have a beer? Do you want one?
Beer sounds like a damn good idea!
I'm getting the hysteria under control.
Just wimpering now
See. That's the power of me.
From wibble to wimper in an hour.

Usually have a beer or vino the night before a marathon - only one mind you!

Good morning
Sharing is what this is all about.
I've got visitors arriving today and the laptop will be banished to the spare room so visits here will be sporadic.
But I will contact UK today and start the ball rolling.

I'm not supposed to use the internet at work so my day-time appearances may be somewhat sporadic anyway!!
