Have just sent off my application form for a diploma course in sports massage. It's not due to start until next Nov, but I'm feeling quite excited & nervous at the same time! Must be 15 years since I've done any studying, still the course work is 75% practical & 25% theory.
Plus I get chance to train for a marathon in October :-)
Hmmm. If I remember correctly you're a construction worker at present. Next time I'm injured, will I want an ex-brickie to apply that tender loving touch to my aching muscles?
Guess what - my supervisors are speaking to me again. But I have also decided to leave Norway (and my scholarship money) early, so that I can finish the thesis back home next term.
I don't know, I feel sad, even though I don't really like it here. Perhaps it's just because the black dog has been wanting to eat my thesis for such a long time now. Or so it seems.
hopefully, I'm joining the uni gym, so that I can run again. The lack of exercise hasn't been good.
hmmm, perhaps I should find a local massage course and offer myself as a practice subject? I'll certainly need it by that time! Poor, crunchy shoulders, cramping legs, oh woe is me!

I tried to organise my viva, but no, supervisor wouldn't let me. Probably because this would mean that she would have to read my work pronto!
Snail,
I would never be able to have a full time job and do a thesis like you are doing. Glutton for torture, eh?
Chimpy,
Come on, admit it, doesn't the bow-tie say it all?
Chimpy, didn't say you were an intellectual... ps why haven't you replied to my email?!?! run out of smart@rse replies already?!

So, it's 5:30am for me, but I need to buy food before I can take the 2 hour jet-lag nap.
