OWS tonight. 1600m in 45.26. 8 seconds quicker than last week,lol. Really wasnt feeling it tonight though, a bit chilly.
Total Immersion book arrived today so i expect to be swimming like a fish within the month.
I started shacing my legs once a week a couple of months ago. Only go up to my shorts line though. Dosent take long once you get the hang of it. Just need to be careful round the ankle & knees, thats where i used to cut myself when i first started.
Going to see t'torch today. Friend & I will drive over to where it's passing through, leave the car a bit away from the village, and run to the festivities in our club colours.
I'm officially worried as I haven't seen Meldy for two years ( Outlaw 2010 ) and I've probably insulted her on a weekly basis since then, I'm in for a total twatting
I can't do squats, my knees can't handle the pressure.
And on the subject of IMUK 2013, if we are sat drinking at 9am in Bolton we won't actually see anyone as they don't actually go into Bolton until about 7 miles on the run. Addlington is where the fun is hip flasks, and plain paper bags.
