Great to hear the ITLR updates, keep 'em coming and keep it going!
Conquered the Musselburgh 10k in 47:04. The times were up before everyone had crossed the line, very impressive! More importantly, there was flake, ice cream and cake to be scoffed too - a cracking spread. Also took advantage of the free massage.
Now off the possibly invest in a bicycle...
I would like to make it very clear that I did not Ponce. I wafted around in an interesting, romantic and ethereal manner. In my head. Poncing is what gets you locked in the shed, my friend....

RS - yes I am actually looking after it! But could not get it to settle in its own house or mine! At mine I ended up with both dogs going nuts, and a great dane chasing a poodle around although hilarious is not good! Then both them started a barking competition which went on for hours before poodle being returned to its own home! I got a cage for the poodle yesterday, so both dogs were in my house last night. intially rather noisy but it all settled quickly Naomi said! And there was no noise when I got home so all good! Anyway enviromental health agreed not to remove the dog to kennels but the owner is getting a visit when she comes home.

I fully intend to pen a strongly worded letter to the UN, using words containing up to, and including, three syllables to formally moan and piss about the unfair treatment I have, and continue to receive, relating to the wearing of allegedly inappropriate underwear in public, whilst similar behaviour enacted by a member of the opposite sex, herein after referred to as Yer Maj, gets off Scot free.

Me too, also been standing around in my bra and pants in a field outside Frankfurt. Today was a bit more relaxed, aided by a good helping of German sausage at lunchtime and a gay pride parade. HS is currently out pounding the tarmac right now, then we're all having dinner. We'll be making sure Weedy doesn't fade away.

Its going to be a long night................my wee dog is having a stand off and won't come in the house due to the miniature poodle............the poodle is whining followed by barking followed by even more whining..........******,******,******* AND LOTS MORE is all I can say.
He took some chasing after, I can tell you. At least I think he was a he.

5m Olympic Park run done. Was awesome finishing in the stadium! That track is something else. Great running once again from jimbob!
