melli - you have to turn almost everything in on Saturday afternoon when you rack your bike. Sunday before swim start all you need to carry is your wetsuit/goggles and your clothes bag. By the way, for those who happen to lose their wristband chip before Sunday morning, there are replacements available in the check-in tent where you get your number crayoned onto your skin. I know this - 'cos I lost mine last year!
The organisers provide huge plastic covers for the bikes overnight, just in case of bad weather. LJS went round last year collecting them up after the early starters were out of T1, so we have a whole bunch of them at home, they come in handy.
IW - it's when racking the bike (and most stuff) when a hand is helpful. In Nice I carried Doozer's stuff for him so I was making a joke about that. I will have DrM as sherpa.
Have fun. Try not to fall off on the bit with zillions of people watching and the turn off point on the second lap is a bit hidden. Noone would be stupid enough to start a thrid lap would they?
Candy, there are just too many scales going around these days. I thought the uni I work in had a complicated pay scale but it's nothing to trying to work out my net pirate score (pirate rank * gaylord points / other relevant stoopid things done ???)

How are we going to get race updates? Good luck everyone!
I've got Melli's race number and she said there was something similar to IMdead so hopefully we can track her ok...
Anybody else want to share the race numbers for sofa support?
I will be in Devon but will update when I can or text someone else
I am sure we will get the info round one way or the other!
