    Sounds like a plan!  The post run weight could easily fluctuate depending on how hard you ran etc. and that could be disheartening.  On the up side, read that increased sweating is an adaptation to exercise and sign of increased fitness.  Your body is more efficient at cooling.  That nugget made me feel better anyway!

    Thanks Corker, that make me feel better. I sweat whether I've run one or eight miles! I also look like a tomato! I'm just pleased to have lost some this week!! Since last weigh in I have run 14 miles, spun twice and done pilates once. Had a few off days with food but nothing major so I'm happy. I feel better for all the exercise that's for sure and can feel my legs getting stronger

    Well done Pink all that work on the turbo paid off! I did an experiment - weighed myself after my run and was 1 1/4lbs lighter than before - nice to see it on the scale, but I guess everyone is right and it's just water, have now drunk water and 3/4lb of it's gone back on already! So I guess all the losers will be standing on the scales nekkid next Saturday morning after going to the loo and before eating or drinking anything - amybe we could synchronise watchesimage

    Apols if I missed you out, Chris - I just took the last full list & sorted it. I think we're going to get some hiccups like this until we know exactly what the form is on modifying the list each week. I think Aitch needs to get her whip out.
