i'm just pleased to exit the weekend a whole 0.2 pounds lighter. had a few drinks and a carbonara this weekend to celebrate being a bit good on the food front.
debbo - training is going well given my fatman status. but probably not so well considering IMCH isn't so far away. managed to rupture my calf a bit (old injuries resurfacing) on thursday. lots of ice, massage and ibuprofen and it seems to be ok. will take it a bit easier on the eliptical trainer next time.
oxy - it's clearly the way forward i think! although in order ot maintain weight i'd need 3500 calories per day. so even with the carbonara and booze i was still below that. it'll be the last indulgence for a while though.
it's the (rubbish) sport nutrition one with the guy drinking a bottle of water on the front. i converted all their calcs into an excel spreadsheet things because i can. then did nothing with it. still not paying any attention to it really. the recipes in the book are rubbish too. it's all have a chicken breast with 25g of pasta and a boiled egg ... they really worked hard on their recipes.

I was wondering how you could tear your calf on the eliptical trainer, but then I recalled my last calf tear and gave myself a good telling off.
I think I came out of the weekend nearly two pounds lighter than I went in. So I am taking the JD strategy and eating double for my lunch.

It may not be much to you but my bulging tummy tells a different story....it's a real problem trying to hold it in these days...
Anyway, I need an incentive...maybe I could try for 155lbs but I think I'd be a bit skinny then.....chance would be a fine thing...
