Back to the point, thanks again, amazing day and great to know the support on here is so supportive, and guess what, yes I DO love the online best wishes.
Rosey I did my longest training run to date today. Only a measly 14 miles but for me a mountain. I thought about your huge effort and the miles just slipped past me Inspirational

Nice work Rosey. Congrats and much respect to the 3rd place 40-44 AG at IMUK (don't some people talk an industrial amount of shite ?).
And what a cool race it was at the front of the Pro field! Loved following it online. Men's race could have been so different if Kienle hadn't popped a tub... or if he'd been carrying a spare . The women's race was a proper slug-fest and I'm chuffed that the girl from Lincolnshire who grew up in Auz and lives in America won it for Wales. The Best Tri Nation In The World? Cave, Jenkins.... Seren?
The only bummer for me is that none of the bookies would let me put my grubby £20 on Pete Jacobs to win. Perhaps I could consider suing him ?

Cave was born in the UK. brought up in Oz, came back to the UK, now lives in the US - races under her GB nationality. and yes - current IM 70.3 champ as well. she's one of the unsung GB LD triathetes who's been quietly plugging her way around the tri circuit with varied level of success over the years - she's also won the ITU LD Worlds in the past. her volume of wins isn't huge but she has the top 3 in the bag and quite a number of podium spots. well deserved win

Hey hey she does sort of sound like a brit.. a bit...
I remember that!!
I was 226 (out of 235 finishers) in my age group at IM Wales
Interestingly I was 22nd out of 46 in the MVet agegroup at Concorde Sprint Tri 2 weeks earlier.
Clearly shorter is a lot easier
or just less opportunities for beer stops along they way Barlos???
Well Done Rosey!
So is Cave British, am i right that she is the 70.3 champ as well?...impressive stuff, chance of a mention on SPOTY...none.
