Ok, I've booked the Saturday night off work and Sunday night I'm off anyway so I'm definitely there! What's the cost and location of the campsite most people use?
Having to pull out of my relay place due to repeated illness and therefore no consistent training but it does mean I do get to do the feed station instead

Sorry to hear that you had to pull out Frags. Lovely to have you on board though.
RBM - do come. We really enjoyed your company last year. Bring your lovely daughter too.
I hope you don't trip over and drop a bottle this year. (Was that you?)
Also, just to confirm, free camping again this year. More details to follow regarding how to do this nearer the time. The only caveat is I'm not sure free camping includes electric hook up pitches.
Sorry for late notice - thought I'd said this earlier but appears I didn't. The date clashes with Mr Soup's birthday and I haven't got a spare golden pass at the moment. I working on it but looking doubtful.
Cheggers I didn't realise you were outlawing this year, I'll see you there as well as Grafman in a couple of weeks time.
I was going to volunteer for the feed station this year but I've taken Fraggles place on the relay team instead. I can be ready for a marathon in 9 weeks can't I.....
As we are bathing in the glory of the Outlaw Half this morning and people have seen the awesome tour de force that is PSOF, can we persuade any more to come and join us on the feedstation next month???
You are promised a rewarding, fun, banter filled day supporting the athletes. It's an early start but that means we get back in time to support as many people as possible through the run finish. If you have an athlete on course or you are in the relays it's easy enough to drive out after the swim.
If you support at the feedstation you get free camping, a free entry to one of the swims the day before the main race as well as a marshal goody bag. Last year's marshal goody bag feature a technical t-shirt, buff and thermal mug as well as food parcel.

Gutted, had to remove my name from the list as I am now working
During yesterdays run I discovered the best place for a second pirate support crew on the run in-between the scoreboard and the drinks station on the other side of the lake. It's a long way in between I think I shall station myself there after my bike ride!

Does he know??
Well we do need one each year so its good to have a volunteer
Warning, his idea of a sports drink is vodka and coke, don't put him on bottle making duty.
Its free if your doing the feedstation, least it has been for the last few years. and its right next to the HPP lake.
Hmmmm tempting

It didn't in the past Mouse.........as they only have a select number........but its not expensive anyway..........
not long now...thank god flatfooted is racing not on the feed station this year
Thanks Seren, I didn't think it did. Glad someone knew, saves me mailing them.
I do to keep my beer and wine cold...............and my sausages and bacon for race day breakfast...........
and its also handy for recharging garmins and phones
and it puts me in the posh area away from the snorers :0
I've got some really long extension cables we can run to Serens camper. Everyones Happy
I did have 4 mobiles charging at the same time at one stage last year.if i charged i could make a profit for the weekend
But as far as beers are concerned justplodding.....tough luck.there is just enough room for my food and milk and beer and wine
We're booked on an electric pitch too - 2 children need iPads and phones and computers charging constantly.
And as we're going to France for a fortnight "on the way home" from Outlaw we will have a full to overflowing fridge as well!
