I've sent some of you a copy. Hope they arrived ok.
Anyone else wants a copy must e-mail me before the end of tomorrow at work because I'm off to Ireland for a week tomorrow night. I can't seem to attach the file unless I have your proper e-mail address.

If you miss tomorrow then you'll have to wait till I get back.
I know no-one is listening right now because this forum is old news. I just wanted to add that this was my first half marathon, and i finished in 2h10m.28s.I thoroughly enjoyed it and will be doing it again. The buzz coming over the line was worth it!!
...and thats all i've got to say about that. Knoxxy
I wasnt exactly billy the whizz up there either! But i did feel like i had a red cape and boots on as i came grunting towards the finish line. A fantastic buzz!
You doing Leeds/Manchester 1/2 next month? or London for that matter?
yeah its always a great buzz when you finish and run a great time.
No I'm not doing either, am concentrating on training hard to run at Blackpool in June to get under 1:40. Good luck with your next race then Ox, hope it all goes to plan.
