Two things:
1. If anyone has Mouse's telephone number could they tell her that I have replied to her lift request......possibly is the answer....although tricky post race plans may complicate things.
2. My parents decided that they would come up and wathc me race.....today......when they called me to ask where I was...they were surprised to 1. actually speak to me.....2. realised they had the wrong day.

Done 4 miles , nice and slowish couldnt resist the icy cold breeze and brialliant sunshine ( in shorts ok , but will have gloves and hat for first lap tomorrow )

I did almost 5 miles this morning. I've got the picnic table in the car rather than th epasating table (never put any wallpaper up in my life) its just easier to sort out tomorrow.
