Km markers on the run, I did one of my quickest runs at Roth, it's fast, good surface underfoot and only has two real inclines, at 1.5 miles and then at about 15 as you go into the wooded section, great support along the canal and I assure you we will be doing our utmost to abuse you as much as possible around the course to give you some encouragement
erm..... lol Oxy I was just going to call you names, didn't realise you were after specialist abuse. You may have to ask Kanga for that sort of thing....
Bassy, alive is good, partying is good. Not too sure about this racing malarkey, but two out of three ain't bad!
Oh and I nearly stood up on my bike the other day!
I've read the last notices and news thing a couple of times...still trying to figure out the bags part...gets a bit confusing on the bit about the swim/normal clothes bag.
Haven't they changed the run route this year to take in the old part of town???? And its still not finalised - or else I'm reading about a race I'm not entered into
oxy - having seen the Mouldy one on Sunday, she is looking fighting fit mate.....still has a face like a bag of spanners but she's looking lean and mean......
game on
feck - I am so going to die when she reads that.....
You see I could quite easily have taken the Morons money for a 4.30 marathon but being the nice person I am I thought I would add a little extra incentive for myself .....

Melds if I can do 14 hours then you can too - easy peasy
Can I break into "Runners World meets William Hill" for a tick?
Silly question time - are there mile markers on the run?
ooooh, looks like an exciting evening round here....
Not keen on this heat business though - 33 degrees forecast for this weekend in Nuernberg.
Better start running in thermals to acclimatise!
Couple of hundred eh?
Well, if you ever need an abuse temp.... let me know!
Blimey, look who's just sloped in!

They've made some changes and yes the race ends in the old part of town to celebrate Roth's 900 years or so?
The changed course is already finished and published on the updated race course maps...don't worry it's just a little change...still 42.1km
excellent
