It has been done before - it was done in 2000 carrying a message for the Queen or something.  It got difficult around Dover apparently as it was quite dangerous on the roads and no alternative.  On that occasion there were lots of runners doing bits each or in groups.

didnt know that. Did it start at Buck House and Finish there? Love to find out what route they took.

I go away for less than 24 hours and come back to 10 pages!!

Still up for my leg and glad all is going well. People throwing doubts in, please go elsewhere!! Info and stuff that needs sorting is one thing but you can tell by the interest there are enough people interested and enthusiastic enough to pull this off!!

Sorry Hoose, you've put me in  the wrong place.  My area isn't on the list at all.  Can you put in a Hastings to Brighton category for me.  There's probably a Brighton to Southampton category as well!  I take it your geographical knowledge of the south east is as good as mine is of ooop north!
