A short run this morning most of the snowe and ice seems to have dissappearred.lovely morning.....but cold.......took me an hour to drag myself out of the door
I'm going out for a bike ride....with my 4.5 stone tubby daughter on the tag along....can I get extra points for that....cos she doesn't even peddle nor nuffin!!
Managed 2.5 hrs on turbo today; Six mile run yesterday

Tadworth 10 this morning. That was preceded by an hour marshaling in the car park - flipping freezing it was.

I'll join in this year,seems like fun. I ran 17 miles yesterday and swam for a cool down, only 400m though

5 point on the Turbo.....first time on one and interesting in a boring way..... Back to training after illness at the end of December and where did the weather come from. I've been reliably informed by Mr OC that if you commute to work by bike you only ever get rained on 10 times a year.....not only have I now got webbed feet and hands, with permanent prunes for fingers, he didn't mention the ice, snow and crap drivers....

4.5 HOURS ON THE MOUNTAIN BIKE UP TO EPPING AND BACK VIA THE CANALS AND CYCLE PATHS OF EAST LONDON, IT WAS LOVELY OUT THERE, WORKED OUT SOME LOVELY LONG RUNS TO AND FROM WORK AS WELL. I SHALL GO FOR A SHORT RUN NOW WHILST MY LOAF IS GROWING IN THE KITCHEN

Well as I don't get extra points for towing chubby chops, I made Mr DM do it
.... 7 mile slow family cycle followed by a 10 mile hack through the ice! Swim tomorrow, but 400m takes me somewhere nearer 10mins as I'm totally crap at swimming...2k takes me a whole hour!!!
