Thats what someone told me to do Kwala but as they were so good doing Gait analysis I felt bad just going and getting them elsewhere,I know mine were for overpronation and extra cusioned cos of my ankle trouble so Im sure others would not be so much.

Strange one, mine are the nike plus ones and they are good,my daughter has an IPOD so I saved in the arm band thingy, its good cos it tells me pace and I can see improvement from when I first got them.

    HI all,

Sorry I've been a bit slack on the posting front for the last few days, I've been on a revision course all weekend so now I'm so very knackered image!

Has also meant no running for me all weekend, only being a heffer and eating my body weight in cookies image

I did go for a run on fri night though and added a mile to my usual run which put it to just below four miles yeah image Wanted to get as much in as possible as I'm on nights this week so not sure what thats going to do for my running schedule.

Well done to everyone who has done good runs this weekendimage

Weeny and Kwala, hugs to you both cos you both seem a bit down image

I get my shoes properly assessed every time i get new pair.  Weight changes...other changes....

  • Options

Hi Ecky... I did the 10mile yesterday lol and yes there fine thanks... I like the canal but it's the dogs..image I'm really frightend of them so it spoils my runs,  Thats why I tend to do most of my runs on the roadsimage

I'm keeping fingers crossed that i'm getting back to painless running lol just the normal aches and pains you get!!

    How are you??

  • Options
Lol sos I cant read, well done. I must admit I had lots of  dodging to do yesterday with Dogs and people,I dont mind dogs tho but I know my son is scared stiff and he has troubl walking past them,he would rather walk in the path of a car than past a dog. Im good ta and like you just keeping it all crossed that Im getting back to painless running,my legs ache today but thats normal,I dont think my legs have ached like this for so long, because of my ankle I have only been running short distances at a time.
  • Options
