Hello all

Just a little bit baltic outside eh!

Have to say I've been a tad slack on the running as I've kinda got into thai boxing but its all fitness eh and I have still been plodding along the streets with the dog (although he does his best to trip me up or drag me home when it starts raining) it really is time to focus properly again, (weather permitting) got the Alsager 5 on Sunday so I'm using that as my starting point

Hey LLB I'm good thanks although I fear my training plans may change might try and get a LSR in tomorrow and go to power development class on Sunday instead of doing the 5 mile (if it goes ahead)

Decision made im not risking the travel this morning despite the race apparently going ahead seems to be alot of unhappy people on the fb page that the organisers haven't postponed/cancelled this one

Im thinking so, took the dog out for a 2hr walk instead and that was bad enough trying not to slip in my walking boots!!

Seems some people despite the reported ice rink conditions in places got PBs but I would have been 'that' person that went A over T

And just found a local(ish) 10k trail in 2 weeks thats only £6 to enter so might do that instead

Hows things well the snow didnt last long did it lol went running up a very big hill Sunday in the snow wrong trainers worn as i didnt know it was a big hill as someone else arranged it lol

Yes Cinders i just wore my Road running Trainers and not my Trail Trainers what a plank lol i should have known the amount of times ive driven through there, i was wondering where they meant the hill was lol but it was good , and got some good pics from the top .

it will help your training dearest maybe one of the days you will have to travel over to here i will take you up the big hill then imsure you will want to go up and down it all the time lol
