Ankle is now pain-free, just a bit stiff and swollen. I'll do a tiny turbo today and won't try running until tomorrow, but am feeling pretty optimistic I won't be spectating on Saturday
Good to hear. I'm just about ready, just hoping I don't go down with the cold that my kids had last weekend. We'll see, but if the weather holds it'll be a good race.

Very excited for this now, albeit a little nervous due to the lack of training since IMW. Not looking forward to not being able to having to fly back tonight, not go to bed until probably gone midnight, to then get up again at 4 to travel down.... but it should be fun. A post-race cake, beer, and watching England try and hold there own at Wembley later in the day more than makes up for it!

Nervous, I'm $hitting myself!
I was up at 4am this morning for some unGodly reason so went for a run! Yep, great race preparation.... Just back in from a brutal day at work and have cracked open a large bottle of rather fine cider! Everything will be fine tomorrow I'm sure.
Weather looks good anyway. Might bring my TT bike just for a laugh!
I could bring mine too. I can imagine that being hilarious going down hills seeing as I've done ~6 miles on it ever
