Well, since I was here last I have had lunch, put some washing on, taken mini T to karate, cleaned the rats cage, picked up mini T from karate, felt the brunt of MT's bad mood when he had a go at me for leaving the key out for him (??), picked up little miss T from school production rehearsal (Wizard of Oz), cooked (or rather heated) some pizzas for kids.... and now I'm going to bed to see if i can get an hours sleep before work tonight

Had a very busy night so it went mega quick. The lunch boxes are made, and I've had breakfast.
I'll try and get an hour sleep or so in a minute but can't sleep long coz I have to take little Miss T to the dentist...she has to have two perfectly good teeth taken out because there are too many teeth at the top. She'll be fitted with a brace in January and also a little spring thingy in the roof of her mouth to make it wider.
I'm dreading the trip to the dentist today... bless her she's being ever so brave about it all, but she's never had as much as a filling before. I hope I don't pass out
I woke up in the middle of the night and thought of you there amidst the lingerie ;-) Lunch boxes didn't come into it I am afraid :-)

Puts the kettle for cat's claw tea, adds echinacea drops, lines up honey, lemon, garlic and zinc supplement. And a few ginger biccies for comfort.
Eat lightly, OB. Drink plenty of herbal tea and water. Make sure you get enough protein. Avoid the cheese and dairy products.
