It's just a note for your longest distance for that week Trogs, so if you plan on 13.1, just click on 13.
In my dreams - or maybe next year! Think my 'race' target for Marchvelous is going to be a homemade 3.1ish though I hope to be up to at least 6 miles distance wise by then

Lol, I was only giving an example
The distance isn't an issue, as long as it's over a mile evryone is happy.
Take it nice n easy, don't want any injuries do we.
I've also signed for a 5k or 10k everydayinMay. Anyone else interested ?
Sorry - I messed up. I have been out injured and was so demotivated I did not even bother to enter a target for the first week of Feb I'm going to drop out of this as I need to take each day as it comes running wise. Sorry to let the team down
going to apologise in advance here peeps. am currently carrying a calf injury/shin splint which means i can't run at the moment. picked it up on sunday, thought i'd be ok on monday and am now currently in pain whenever i try and run. need to give it a rest for a week or so and see if it sorts itself out.

COME ON TEAM!
Oh well, Team fail this week, not enough 100% ers to complete requirement. (15of19)
Well done to everyone who ran during the snow and ice of the week, tough week to run.
Last run for week completed. January done and dusted.
February/Febulous details done and dusted, ready for next 4 weeks.
Get your details and targets set everyone.
No allowance for half miles, so I shall just have to be strict with myself to make sure that I actually do the extra 0.5 on the weeks which demand it.
Today's run was one of those where it just felt like I'd only just learnt to walk and running just felt completely uncoordinated.
Some of us still 100%

Saw that, looks interesting
Back on track with 17 of original 19 carrying on.
Do not over do it, stay healthy and run safe everyone.
Ended up doing just over 7 so I thought I'd tag another bit on. Done my first required long run as the first run of the week
I've knocked my expected number if runs down slightly too, takes a hot of pressure off as work is mental at the mo
Frost back this morning, at least the high winds had died down.
Need to do my LSR tomorrow,
