  • Haven't lost any...but roll on the Mnoday weigh-in! I'm hoping for a solid 2 pounds of lard loss.

  • I'm not following anything....just cutting down on portion size and limiting booze.

    I'm thinking of starting a sexercise class at my place...apparently the calorie burn is terrific....anyone interested?

  • Hi guys, just thought I'd let you know that I've just had two chocolate digestives. (McVitie's plain chocolate to be precise)
  • I keep a bag of apples on my desk for snacking. Fairly sweet (granny smiths, yummy) and ups the fruit/veg portions too.
  • I think I may have to go down the amputation route!!
  • Well - I found that soup and water before my salad meant that I didn't even want to finish it...or maybe that was because it was a cr@ppy salad.

    Day 2 in the big diet house and The Count is contemplating a career move to Sumo...The Dump Truck is marrying an 8 stone lass...like if he's attractive I'm off to Japan!

    Bowl of home-made veg soup, granary roll with marmite, apple and one solitary Jaffa cake (instead of the usual half a pack).

  • I had a count on us Marks meal, quite like them as they seem to be a lot more filling then other low fat meals. Although, Im sure the chocolate craving will kick in by 3 :(
  • I know I'm a bit late coming to the party, but count (sorry, pun intended) me in.
    I have just checked my BMI and it should be between 18.5-24.9 but works out to be 29.2!!!
    My ideal weight should be between 8st 10lbs and 11st 10lbs (big difference) so I will plump for (another bad pun) something nearer the higher end, making my total lard loss 2st 11lbs.
    I'm also giving the South Beach Diet a shot whilst continuing running, nothing ventured, nothing gained as they say!!!!

  • Everyone keeps talking about the South Beach Diet, what is it exactly?

    Had soup n toast (no butter) for lunch - then found some champagne truffles left over from Christmas...

    good way to keep the calories up, but not exactly useful calories...
  • (modified Atkin's, Skipp. Best to forget fads and just eat balanced meals. without the champagne truffles, of course)
  • heinz big soup and bread (no butter) for me.

    don't appear to be able to find the chocolate truffles though. now where did i put them? i bet that little leopard's had them again.....
  • Sainsburys b-g-t-y chicken salsa wrap (yummy), orange juice and carrot cake slice (yummy)
  • So far today have eaten or about to eat the following;-

    Porridge
    Satsuma
    Banana
    Apple Mullerice.

    That's it until this evenings meal, which I know I'm having Salmon and veggies then not sure if I'll be having pasta, rice or potatoes with it.

    And have just got back from the gym as well so feeling pretty good. Ha now to see how long this last.

  • Two soft boiled eggs,two pieces of marged bread(cut into soldiers as you do),two slices of toast to put whats left of egg on after dipping yolk, cup of tea and 6 bourbons.....

  • My god TL, if thats all I ate before my evening meal i would pass out. Surely that cannot be enough, especially if you are exercising as well?
  • TL - make sure there's at least 1200 calories in that pasta and fish, girl.
  • I'd be on the biscuits by 3pm....
