Snoop, I may have to walk the last 10km! I am not down to race any other 10ks and I really want to focus on improving that time, but equally keen to do the full 20km. a bit bizzare I know..

I hope you and small are fit and well. Le T is still a maybe...... as I said it depends on how the house purchase is proceeding. Apparently very slowly in the time honoured French legal way !!!!
Tiger good to see you yesterday and well done on the PB. The physio has sort of fixed me. I've got tendinitus (sp) of the quadracep (sp again) and some nasty stretches to sort it. Hopefully I can start with some light running next weekend - yay!
