Sure am Guy. If I manage to get 2/3 decent long runs (20M+) in, then I might still have a shot at sub3. There is talk of Pseudo and I running together. He'll be the death of me. Literally! Hope the injury(s) clear up soon and you can get back to it. Back to what I'm not even going to suggest, but there we go.

I hope to get back to the running this weekend and build up to have a stab at sub 80 for this race. Then it's speed work over the summer in an attempt a to run a sub 80 1/2 marathon in the Autumn and a 2.40/2.45 marathon next spring...

Morning Carpet. Treatment is good thanks. The knee's coming along nicely and feeling a lot better. I need to go for a couple of easy runs this weekend (15/20 mins) and then build up from there.

Rach, I'm still 75% sure I'm going, but I really need to start running. I suppose 20km isn't that difficult to train for (depending on the heat), so shouldn't be a problem.

Snoop I only managed 1:57 at Nice and had the misfortune of being the only walker in the last 3 miles, walked in a 5k since then too! So not much competition from me I'm afraid, at least not at the moment.
