Boff - sorry to hear about your ankles. At least one benefit of the caravan is it's not far from anywhere to anywhere! Seriously, hope you get well soon.
Evening everyone. Just sitting down for the night - long day!
Enjoying the weather As I spend a lot of time in building site portacabins I hate the cold, wet weather!
How you doing Seren, how's your achilles, have you decided about the marathon yet?
Yes indeed it does look gorgeous. I wonder if we are about to get the same as last year - nice spring and autumn, crap summer? We aren't going away this summer as I am on a course all through July. Will be a long summer if it's like it was last year.
my achillies has been beahving not too badly... I'm going for sports massage today on my hamstring. so will make a decsion probably tomorrow when i go for a run....
Its always my right side with me... so definitely still weaknesses on that side I have to address........
You are right Kev, at least in the caravan I do not have to hobble far to make a cup of tea - another advantage to a caravan to offset the number of times I have banged my head, back, arms, knocked things over and generally having to live like a sardine!
The weather is gorgeous, and encouraging all the trees to come into leaf, amazing watching the daily changes to the wilderness
I have booked nice weather all year Tracey - and a special drizzle cloud to follow Seren on her marathons
Nutty- Its great to see you back running , youll soon return to the class runner we all know you are
WA- Hows the training for VLM you sound like you are going well again after some hiccups along the way, but then we wouldnt expect anything different from you
Pdiddy - good to hear from you. How are things? I am running very short distance but hope to be back to my old form one day in the future. I hope life is good with you.
Nutty- Everything going ok at moment. VLM for me again next week, training hasnt gone bad, but too much 'long' running on my own as away quite a bit on my sports massage/injury course.
5K series coming around again, hope to see you do some comeback racing soon
Pd, Yes, some sort of hiccups. Must have been a virus or something the week of the Richard Burton because there was absolutely no energy there at all. Still tired now but seem to be running better.

I don't think he does GraV. He is quite capable of it !

It is nice isn't it. The weather for Llanelli may well be perfect.

Hello all
Doesn't this weather make you feel alive and well? Ran across the beach tonight and it was packed. People everywhere!!!!
Good luck Seren. The last couple of days before a marathon are hard going but you will be fine.
Boffin - think long term. Your house will seem like a mansion when its done.
They were there to celebrate your triumphant return to running Nutty
The house will be nice once it is done, and then I am sure it will all feel worth while... at the moment I do feel a little primitive...
Ugg, me man, me make shelter! - not sure I dare drag Sweetie into my cave by her hair!! - might be safer to try the modern approach and hold her hand?

Feeling great tonight. Had a great sleep last night as I was so tired and just enjoyed a visit to the gym.
Back on the "straight and narrow!"
Exams start on Friday though
Enjoy the weather

You too eh ? I fell off the wagon and had a yoghurt last night.
Thought I'd raise money for Ty Olwen this year.

You in London are you ? If so, how is it going ?
Morning,
The weather has hidden the sun so we don't get too used to it!
